What are some PC games a couple can play together?
There are lots of others out there too, so you can try out whatever you like.
Can two people share an Xbox One?
Probably not. The console has its own controller, which is a little bit bulky for two people. For that reason, you can't have it both in your hand at the same time, although you could play with a friend or two using the Xbox One's controller. It's a good option if you're planning on playing with a friend or two and don't want to mess with your console's internal Bluetooth connectivity.
Are there any games out there that use Xbox One's backwards compatibility and share a system?
The vast majority of Xbox One games are backwards compatible, although there are a few exceptions (such as The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild). For your backwards compatibility games, Microsoft's website lists some pretty great titles. I've yet to find any games that use the Game disc version of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, though it does work on the Xbox One's new console firmware. The rest of the games listed on Microsoft's site are compatible with the Xbox One's built-in hard drive as well.
Why do you feel the PC's best games are coming to the Xbox One and not the PC?
If you have a PC or PS4, that's because you're using the same hardware. The majority of PC games are designed for console use, and not for
It would be nice if you could specify whether or not you're referring to online or local multiplayer (or both). John Tiller seems to have covered the online space pretty well (although I'd like to add the Payday games to his list), so I'll stick with local multiplayer. It's a bit of a pain to get splitscreen to work, but if you have a spare USB controller, Left 4 Dead 2 is a great choice. Monaco: What's Yours is Mine isn't exactly the best if you and your partner want to just turn off your brains, but it has a great local teamwork element. For something more lighthearted and more just plain fun, I would recommend Guacamelee or Castle Crashers. You can try to find a game that works for both. If you're looking for a good, fast, fun game to play with friends, you could try Splinter Cell: Blacklist. It's a great multiplayer game and a lot of fun too. If you're looking for a challenging, fast, single player game with lots of choices, then you could try Portal. It's a good multiplayer game too, but you might get bored of it after a few games.
