Is it legal to live stream my own audio broadcast of a sports event?

You can't play live-stream your own broadcast of the game on the internet, and you can't make a re-broadcast of the same game without the league's permission. The NFL, for their part, have made it very clear that they would not take action against those who have taken these actions - and, in fact, I believe, have actively encouraged them to do so. So, no...no matter what, you can't live stream an event on your website or anywhere else without permission from the league or the sports organization.I don't understand how it is legal to broadcast a game of baseball on TV without permission, as it is a sporting event. There is no copyright, there is no trademark, there is no intellectual property...but you can broadcast and re-broadcast it on the internet without asking permission of any major sports league, or copyright owners. That is not only illegal, but it is not what I'm talking about in this post. I am talking about live streaming. You can play your own game of baseball on your website or anywhere else, or in any way make a re-broadcast of a game, with the permission of the league or the sports organization. What happens to the money I receive for these live streams? I would assume that it's all going to the league. And it's up to them whether or not they choose to act on these. I guess what I'm saying is, I

If I had a nickel for every time someone had the gall to use the phrase "the league can prevent you from attending the games" or "the league can stop you from watching the games," I'd be very rich. It's one thing to make a statement about the possibility of the league stopping you from attending, or from watching the games, but to make it actually a condition for doing so is a completely different matter. It's not that the league can force you to be at the game, or have your rights infringed on, it's that they can ban you from the games, and then it is your right as a consumer of that product (or service) to challenge that ban and have it struck down.In other words, it is your right to participate in the game without the permission of Major League Baseball. The best thing to do in that situation would be to avoid the event altogether, or to cancel your ticket, but that may be the last thing you want to do. So if you can't do that, what can you do? Well, if you can't be present for the game, that may be your best option. But if you can't attend, you can still have a say in the matter. The most important thing to note here is, "Participate". Don't just sit on the sidelines. Don't watch the game, or listen to the music. Participate!
